When is payment due?
You don't pay until your photos are delivered! We also offer Titus Pay, which lets you pay at closing.
How long is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours, and photos are typically delivered the next morning. Premium videos may take up to 72 hours.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Live availability is on the booking calendar. There is typically an open slot within 2 to 3 days of when you book.
What areas of Northern Utah do you serve?
Cache, Weber, Morgan, Davis, Salt Lake and Summit counties. Logan to Lehi is our typical service area!
Does the seller or agent need to be home during the shoot?
No. We have Supra access, so a lockbox is all we need. We lock up, turn off the lights, and send a text on our way out to let you know we're done!
What happens if the home is not ready, or the weather is bad?
If the home isn't ready the day of, we'll reschedule at no cost the first time. If the weather is genuinely bad, we'll also reschedule at no cost. Gloomy days get our blue sky guarantee!
